4. Availability

All purchase orders made through the BeedleBee Website depend on the availability of the products and the absence of unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control (as explained in Clause Nine of these Conditions).

If we experience any issues with supplying a product or if an item is out of stock, we will contact you right away and refund any payments you’ve made. The same applies if it becomes impossible for us to provide a service you’ve ordered.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices: The prices shown on our Website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes, unless stated otherwise. This includes VAT if applicable. Shipping costs are also included in the final price of the products as displayed on the Website. We use Correos for delivery and shipping.

No Hidden Costs: The Website will never automatically add extra costs to your order. You’ll only pay for the options you voluntarily choose.

Price Changes: Prices may be updated, but any changes won’t affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit or debit card and PayPal.

Security: We prioritize the confidentiality and security of your payment information. Our Website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure your payment data is protected.

Card Authorization: Credit card payments are subject to approval by your bank. If the bank doesn’t authorize the payment, we won’t be able to process your order, and we won’t be responsible for any delays or failures in delivery.

Payment Process:

When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your card to ensure there are enough funds. The actual charge will be made when you receive the shipping confirmation or the confirmation of the service provided.

If you pay via PayPal, the charge will occur when we send you the confirmation of your purchase.

Confirmation: By clicking "Buy now," you confirm that the payment method you’re using is yours.

6. Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery for physical products purchased through our Website.

Delivery Timeframe:

Orders are typically delivered within the timeframe specified on the Website based on the shipping method you select. The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the date the order is shipped.

If unexpected circumstances arise, or if the products are customized and delay delivery, we will notify you. You can choose to set a new delivery date or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Attempts:

If the carrier is unable to deliver the order due to your absence, they will leave a notice with instructions on where your order is and how to arrange for redelivery.

Delivery Confirmation:

Delivery is considered complete when you or a designated third party physically receive the products.

Risks and Ownership:

You will assume all risks associated with the products from the moment they are delivered.

Ownership of the products transfers to you once BeedleBee has received full payment for the purchase, including shipping costs. If delivery occurs after payment is received, ownership transfers at the time of delivery.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Orders delivered to these territories will be exempt from Spanish VAT. However, you may be responsible for any local taxes and duties as per the regulations in these areas. Be aware that additional taxes or customs duties may apply and will be your responsibility.

Other Locations: For deliveries outside the aforementioned regions, applicable taxes and customs duties will be determined by the local regulations at the delivery destination. These costs may be your responsibility. For more details, please check with the local customs office.

If you have any questions about taxes and duties, please contact the customs office at your destination.
