30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
Condition: The item should be in its original condition, unused, and with packaging intact. Stud earrings must be in their original sealed bag with the seal intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please have your receipt or order confirmation handy when you contact us.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
How to Return
Contact Us: Just reach out to our customer service team within the 30-day window. We'll guide you through the process.
Packaging: Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping: You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged when you received it.
Exceptions
For hygiene purposes, stud earrings can not be returned if the seal of its original packaging is broken.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know right away! Send us an email at support@beedlebee.co with photos of your item. We’ll get you a replacement or a full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5-10 business days.
