Our Jewellery

We use high-quality polymer clay manufactured in the USA, along with hypoallergenic findings like titanium for our earring hooks / studs and stainless steel for our chains.

Yes, our jewellery is made with hypoallergenic materials to ensure they are safe for sensitive skin. We mainly use titanium or stainless steel for all metal components.

Polymer clay is strong and flexible, but like any jewellery it should be handled with care. Avoid bending, dropping, or exposing your pieces to extreme conditions to keep it looking great.

While we don't take custom orders at the moment, we absolutely love hearing your ideas! Please feel free to share any suggestions or themes you'd like to see. Who knows, your idea might inspire one of our future designs!

Shipping and Processing

Each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged in a box, ready for gifting or safe storage. The box is then placed in a padded envelope or box to add extra protection.

Returns and Refunds

We take great care in packaging, but if your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
