Here’s the scoop on our shipping process—how long it takes, where we deliver, and what to expect!

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You shall receive an email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping across Spain, including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, with delivery handled by Correos. 

International Shipping

We offer free, tracked international shipping from Spain! Your order will be delivered by the friendly folks at Correos (Spain’s postal service).

Please note that your order may be subject to customs fees which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BeedleBee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

At this time, we do not ship to the following countries:

Belarus; Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine; Cuba, Ecuador, The Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria.

Estimated Shipping Times

Spain (Peninsular, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 1-5 business days

Europe: 2–10 business days

Rest of the World: 3–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs processing, or postal service issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated shipping time, please contact us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
